My order was confirmed, but I got an email stating that I received a refund. What does that mean?
One or more of your items were sold out since your order was processed. But don't worry! The rest of your order (if any) is on its way to you and you have been refunded for the our of stock items minus any discount codes applicable.
Note: Refunds can take up to 2-5 business days to clear and 7-10 business days for the amount to post to your account, depending on your financial institution. If you used an E-Gift Card to purchase, please reuse the E-Gift Card on your next purchase.
I forgot to use my discount code at checkout!
Unfortunately after the sale has processed, we cannot go back into the system and adjust any items. Instead, please use the code on your next purchase with us!
I placed an order, but have not received any tracking information. Where is it?
Normally we get out tracking numbers within a few days of purchasing. Don't worry! It will come, we promise! Keep your eyes on your email and your spam folder as well incase it got lost somewhere in between! I put the wrong shipping address! What can I do?
We are able to adjust shipping addresses within 24 hours of receiving an order. Unfortunately after that time, we are unable to change anything and are not held liable for incorrect information. One the order leaves our facility and goes to an incorrect address, it is sent back to the facility where we do not process returns. Please make sure to place correct address with full street, area code, apartment/unit number, etc.
I placed an order and received notice the item was sold out and will not continue to be sold. How do I receive a refund?
If you placed an order and we are unable to fulfill it due to being over-sold and do not have the item available anymore, we do offer full refunds in an E-Gift Card form that you can use on Shoppe Lavish at any time. Our gift cards never expire and we are always adding new items on our store to pick from if you do not find anything you like at the time of receiving the gift card.

I received my tracking number, but I haven't seen any movement! What's going on?
Most orders leave our Distribution Center within 48 business hours after the order is placed (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).
Note: In-transit times are separate from processing times and are subject to change during the holiday season.
In some cases, we may run out of popular items while processing your order. When this happens, our hottest items typically restock within 3 business days. Rather than canceling your order, it will be held until the item is back in stock and your order is fulfilled! If this happens to you, our Customer Care Team will send you an email notifying you of the delay.
For orders containing multiple out-of-stock items, these items will be refunded back to the original form of payment (minus any applicable discount codes used on the order), allowing us to process and ship the rest of your order as quickly as possible!

How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Once shipped, your order will arrive within 10 to 14 business days for United States, Canada, Australia, United
Kingdom, other countries can take up to 28 business days, depending on how fast customs clearances takes
place and due to having multiple warehouses overseas.You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has

Should you choose to return a final sale item, we do charge a 50% restocking fee that will be taken out of the original paid purchase so long as the item is returned following our Return Policy and in reasonable condition.
I received a damaged item, what do I do now?
Should you receive a damaged item, please take a photo of the item which clearly displays the damage and email the photo to our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org along with a description of the damaged item and your Order Number.
Once we receive your email and assess the damage, we will be in contact with you to determine the needed outcome.
